Hardware Installation Services
As part of our total "turnkey" solution to your facility, the Gatemaster
point of sale system includes complete hardware installation. Our certified
team of technicians provide on-site delivery, set up, installation,
and testing of all hardware to ensure that your system functions at
peak performance.
During the installation process, the Gatemaster technicians work side
by side with your operational staff to ensure that all equipment is
placed and is functioning according to plans and specifications. The
installation of computers, peripherals, and advanced point of sale equipment
is handled entirely by our hardware team. The team also shares their
time with the Gatemaster training team to integrate the hardware with
your custom point of sale software system that has been created.
A system "Quality Check" serves as a final inspection of the entire
point of sale system to assure that all equipment is working and a complete
"sign-off" is required by you before the installation can be considered
a success.
Training Services
Gatemaster provides training to our customers using a variety of methods
including on-site training, Internet training support sessions, online
seminars, and newsletters. Your new Gatemaster management tools are
only as good as the training you receive, which is precisely why we
put so much emphasis on it.
All of our trainers have past experience in a management or ownership
position at an entertainment facility. This is not an accident - this
is our policy. It's the reason they will be able to understand your
needs and give you the benefit of their experience - not only of the

On-Site Training
With on-site training our professionals will come to your facility and
meet with your technical, management, and sales staff - guiding them
through the setup and operation of your new system. Prior to the on-site
training, the Gatemaster "Implementation Manager" will go through a
"Discovery" phase to find out what your facility's special needs are.
It should be noted that our trainers have direct access to our programmers.
This is significant since last minute fine-tuning can be made to programming
based on input from you and your staff - sometimes in just a matter
of hours. We have found this relationship between you, the trainers,
and the programming staff to be the best vehicle for making Gatemaster
a better, more useful product. This also guarantees the smooth transition

Internet Support
After the initial installation of the Gatemaster system, one of the
most effective ways our trainers support your facility is via the Internet.
Direct access to our Training Support Department is available from any
computer terminal in your network, wherever you are throughout the facility!
Using the Internet, we will save you time and money when you need answers
fast. With authorization and an internet connection your trainer will
be able to access the point of sale station you're working at in order
to provide immediate additional training to you and your staff.
Online Seminars
Gatemaster also provides ongoing training services using online seminars
where our customers can participate in an open forum to learn more about
the Gatemaster point of sale system. Online seminars are scheduled at
regular intervals and each one focuses on a different feature or capability.
