Cashless Systems

Provide
easy customer tracking at rides and attractions, turnstiles, video games,
redemption counters, and more. Organize your game room and eliminate weekly
token counts. Enable your customers to access money, credits, points,
and more using durable cards, tickets, wristbands, and more! Not
only does Gatemaster have its own cashless/debit card system but it also
provides full integration with several 3rd party debit systems as well!
The
Gatemaster "Smartgate" System
Gatemaster has
its own built-in cashless system - completely integrated into many additional
areas of the Gatemaster point-of-sale system. Our cashless system doesn't
require you to purchase your card or wristband stock from us, and we don't
charge a "per customer" fee for every cashless account you create.
We have developed debit readers that enable pay-for-play, time-play, entitlement
play, and more on video games, attractions and rides, turnstiles and pass-through
gates, token machines, batting cages, and other entertainment attractions.
- No ongoing
charges for “Play Cards” or account numbers. We don't take a percentage
of your business.
- Pre-print
“Play Cards” at your local printer or print them from your ticket printer
as customers need.
- Smartgates
know the moment redemption printers are low, empty, jammed, or broken
and when they're fixed. Smartgates send messages to the back office
and e-mail the appropriate staff so equipment and repair staff are monitored.
- If a redemption
game stops dispensing tickets for any reason your customer can keep
playing. Their tickets will be stored on their “Play Card”. The next
game played automatically dispenses tickets owed.
- Some customers
want tickets – some don't. Customers can request to have them saved
to their “Play Card”. Ticket credits will automatically be available
at the redemption counter by scanning their Card.
- Have mercy.
Set a game to give ticket(s) just for starting a game.
- Play Card
history can be instantly viewed at any point-of-sale station.
- Customers
can purchase free Timed Play. Since redemption tickets don't print out
for Timed Play even redemption games can be played.
